Approach
I specialize in preparing wholesome, delicious meals in the safety of your home kitchen. I care about providing support to families at dinner time. My goal is not only to bring families to the table for meals - where both parents and kids have the opportunity to share what's important in their lives - but also to help bring structure and order to family life.

Credentials
As well as my chef qualifications from Le Cordon Bleu, I have also earned the title of Nutrition Consultant. My training in nutrition inspired a new relationship with food; I now focus on retaining as much nutrition as possible in the food I prepare. I make all of my own broths from organic meat, vegetables and herbs. I cook with these broths, which incorporate more nutrition and taste to grains, sauces, soups and dressings.

I welcome regular, ongoing engagements with

  •  People living with illness or recovering from surgery
  •  Homes that are adapting to family members with special diets
