Leigh Trombley cares about providing food that not only satisfies the senses,
but also nourishes the body:
Tragically, too many Americans are resorting to a
diet of high-fat, high-sugar low-nutrition processed foods for the majority of
their meals. Perhaps a diet like this is prompting you to read this website?
I recognize that good things come from gathering around the dinner
table. A relaxed eating experience with great conversation strengthens
relationships, creates fun and lowers stress levels that have built up over a
long day. I hope that by bringing you this holistic chef service, I will help
individuals and families improve their quality of life and make dinner a time
the whole family looks forward to each day
I am an advocate for SLO food: Sustainable, Local and Organic. I support Marin County organic farmers;
Produce that has been grown close to
home, and is in season, has the most nutritional value and tastes the best. I am
a member of Marin Organic, and shop at Marin County farmers markets. As a way of
giving back to the earth, I gather all of my compost and donate it to a local
farm.
